Fancy Ranch Water Recipe

I tried Ranch Water for the first time at The Rustic in Houston and it was so dangerously good because I could barely taste the tequila in this light, refreshing concoction. It became my new favorite drink (bye bye margaritas) because it was also low calorie, sugar free and had easy ingredients I keep at home like tequila, sparkling water and lime juice. According to Forbes it originated in the 1960’s so God knows why I’m barely finding out about it now! I call it the lazy girl’s margarita because there is no need to squeeze so many limes for one single drink. When I made it at home I added Fancy Sprinkles products to to make it look nicer for my house guests and myself of course!

Fancy Ranch Water

It's a Texas thing! Tequila, lime juice and sparkling water--doesn't get easier than that but I made it fancy!

Servings 1 drink

Ingredients

  • 1 Stevia Packet
  • 1 can LaCroix Limoncello
  • 1 big Lime squeeze lime juice
  • 1.5 oz Casamigos Tequila Blanco smoothest tequila in my opinion
  • 1 tspn Fancy Sprinkles Prism Powder edible glitter (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Fancy Sprinkles Fancy Sugar in "Penny Lane" regular sugar is fine (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rim glass with honey and dip in Fancy Sugar (optional).

  2. Fill the glass with ice.

  3. Add lime juice.

  4. Add Stevia to taste (I use half a packet).

  5. Add tequila.

  6. Top with the LaCroix Limoncello and stir with a spoon.

  7. Enjoy!
